SHIPPING, RETURNS & INVENTORY POLICY
Switch Skateboarding is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays. We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible—most orders ship the same day they’re placed. Orders submitted on Mondays or over the weekend typically ship Tuesday morning.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement—no questions asked (see conditions below).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original and return shipping costs are only refunded in the event of a shipping error on our part.

Orders that received free shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels.

Return Conditions

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with original tags attached.

Shoes must be unworn, in their original, undamaged packaging. Try them on indoors only—preferably on carpet.

Sale Shoes may be retail display models and show minor signs of handling or storage wear. Boxes may be missing or damaged. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Contact us if you have questions before purchasing.

Skateboards & Accessories must be new, unridden, and ungripped.

Snowboard Gear must be unused, untuned, and in resellable condition.

Sunglasses must be scratch-free and in new condition.
How to Return an Item

Review the return policy above.

Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Repackage your item(s) securely:

Include the return form and a copy of your packing slip.

Use original, undamaged packaging.

Write the RA# clearly on the outside of your return package.

Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail—all offer insurance and tracking.
Inventory Accuracy
Our website displays real-time inventory, shared with our physical retail shop. While we do our best to keep everything accurate, we’re a small, independently run store—just a crew of regular skater dudes—and occasionally, mistakes happen.
In rare cases, an item may sell out before your order is processed. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly via email, issue a full refund, and—if possible—try to restock the product at no additional cost to you.
