Browse our site using the menu on the left. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the option you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout".
You will be asked to give us your billing address and shipping address.
You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Shipments to Minnesota only) and shipping charges. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card or PayPal information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation email of your order.
You may also use the option "Pick Up At the Store" and we will put the item from our store and you can pick it up from our store at your leisure!
Shipping rates will depend on your location. The basic rate runs from $8.90 upwards for USPS delivery. Our rates outlined below.
Most of our products are in our store in Minnesota and we usually ship the same day we receive the order. We are known for our fast delivery.

Credit Cards:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost of our bookkeeping, and allows us to keep our prices low. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Minnesota. Minnesota State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (including shipping).
You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. All orders shipped from Irish on Grand will include a packing slip or invoice, unless we are told otherwise.

Within 60 days and with a receipt, we will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving the item, provided the item was not on sale or discounted, and the item is in resaleable condition. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged due to their specific nature. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
