Shipping:
 
We ship your order via UPS or USPS depending on the order destination. Orders that are being shipping to a different address must be verified by having the customer email a photo of a drivers license as well as the card being used for the transaction. Failure to do so will result in a refunded order. We ship orders out as early as possible. Customer usually receives the order within a week. If your ordered item(s) are at our secondary location, please allow up to three extra business days for your order to ship. Please contact us in regards of International shipping. Westside is not responsable for lost or stolen packages, that is to be taken up with the shipping provider.
 
Exchanges and returns:
 
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition with all packaging. All decks that are set-up or gripped upon request of the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we have sent you the wrong item, size or color. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for your return shipping costs. If you're making an exchange, we need credit card info for return shipping. Please reply to this email with any questions.
 
• Shoes: Must be returned in their original packaging in brand new condition.
• Clothing: All clothing items must have the original tags still attached. Items must be clean and unwashed.Skateboards and Components must be un-gripped and in new condition. Manufacture defects vary per case.
 
Nike SB premium product: shoes, shirts, ect.:
 
• No returns or exchanges may be made for any specialty or limited products. Examples include Nike SB QuickStrike releases.
 
Screened Skateboards: Due to the uniqueness and color variations of these items, under any circumstances Westside will not accept any returns or exchanges on any screened or hand painted decks. Screened skateboards do not come out perfect each time, Westside is not responsible for misaligned screens or blemishes. We assure you that this item will be packaged with extra care to ensure a safe shipment.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number order confirmation. We do transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company for processing but is never stored in our database. Customers with non-matching information will be contacted asap. Online orders with non-matching billing and shipping addresses will need to verify themselves. Failure to do so will result in a refund.
